What motivates you to keep going? What motivates you to get your butt out of bed in the morning to smash your goals? How easy is it for you to start something epic, only to throw in the towel before it even takes off? You believe in yourself enough to think you can, but your follow through sucks and that’s holding you back.
It’s been nearly a month since we last spoke. I can blame work, life or anything else that pops up in a day, but I’ve just been out of touch. I’ve put off blogging for a while and it’s just because I really didn’t feel like it.
Apparently today is a Blue Monday. The third Monday of the new year is typically when all those good intentions go bad. Jokes on them though, I’ve only just started again.
